Registration
The Act distinguishes enrolment as a member from registration as a practising valuer. A person enrolled under section 22 who wishes to practise valuation applies to the Council under section 23. The application requirements include a signed recommendation of a practising valuer and proof of passing the professional qualification examinations, subject to the exceptions in the Act.
