Members

ICVU membership and practice are governed by Parts IV and V of the Valuation Act, 2026. The Act provides for eligibility and enrolment as a member, registration as a practising valuer, annual certificates of practice for sole practitioners and licences of practice for valuation firms.

Our commitment

ICVU is committed to a valuation profession founded on competence, integrity, accountability and public confidence. The Institute’s work is guided by the Valuation Act, 2026 and applicable regulations, National Valuation Standards and the Professional Code of Ethics.
