Fees & Other Duties

The Valuation Act, 2026 provides for enrolment fees, registration fees, fees for certificates of practice and licences of practice, and late-renewal fines. Specific amounts are to be prescribed by regulations made under the Act. The Act also provides for continuous professional development obligations.

ICVU will publish the approved fee schedule and payment guidance here when formally issued. No fee amounts are stated on this page until verified against the applicable regulations.
